What to recycle?
Aluminum Cans
Newspapers and Magazines
Plastic Bottles
Glass Bottles
Cardboard Packaging (Be sure to break these down)
Metal Cans
NOTE: Make sure to clean everything you recycle so that there is no organic waste or liquids in the recycling! If you aren't sure if you can recycle it THROW IT OUT.

Food Wrappers (You might be able to teracycle these)

Paper that doesn't have a plastic coating

Metal or plastic (silverware)
PFM pizza boxes
Condiment packets
Plastic wrappers
Snack bags and wrappers
Where to compost?
Currently the compost bins are in the PFM.
NOTE:Â
If you don't feel like walking down to the PFM to compost after eating some fruit in your dorm, you can always freeze the scraps and any other food waste in your dorm freezer! Take a freezer safe container, add in your food waste, and bring it all down to the PFM whenever it gets full
